Reports that Andrew Johnston has been a long-standing Ship's Corporal, latterly in HMS Africaine, and always has done his duty to Captain Rodney's satisfaction. The ship is currently without a Master at Arms, and he requests a Warrant for Andrew Johnston to be appointed.
