Folios 353-354: Wilson Rathborne, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Responding to the letter of 16 November and sends a report on the case of Lorens Falk. Lorens Falk was pressed by Lieutenant Flinn on 25 October on information that he was married in London, substantiated by the informant making an Affidavit on this subject, and on another man pressed at the same time. Lorens Falk is about 28 years old, an active healthy young man well suited for service. He encloses the Affidavit.
Folio 355: enclosure with folios 353-354. Affidavit dated 25 October 1811 sworn by Robert Turnbull, of Blyth, Northumberland, before R Barker, Master Extraordinary in Chancery, North Shields. Robert Turnbull states that he has known Johan Botish Santan and Lorens Falk for 2 years. He states that Johan Botish Santan and Lorens Falk are married, and their wives live in London, and have resided there for about 2 years.
Folio 356: enclosure with folios 353-354. Protection dated 19 September 1809 in the name of Lorens Falk, born in Stockholm, and a subject of Sweden.
