Folio 344-345: Robert Rolles, HMS Edinburgh, Spithead. Writing with regard to Patrick Kehoe, the man who was sentenced to death by Court Martial on 7 September for robbery on board HMS Edinburgh. Captain Rolles felt compelled to order a Court Martial because of the number of robberies, but asks for clemency and a punishment short of death, which would still act as a warning to his shipmates.
