Description

Folios 335-336: Robert Russell, HMS Cygnet, Woolwich. The Surgeon of HMS Cygnet has reported that Andrew Allison, Carpenter, is unfit for active service through long service in the West Indies and wishes to be superannuated. Requests the same.
