Folios 323-324: John Page, Naval Agent, 70 Great Russell Street, [London]. On behalf of Captain Barrington Reynolds, encloses an order by Admiral Drury, appointing him to the command of HMS Hespers. Requests confirmation of the appointment.
Folios 325-326: enclosure with folios 323-324. Acting warrant dated 5 February 1811 by Vice Admiral William O'Bryen Drury, Commander in Chief of ships and vessels in the East Indies, appointing Barrington Reynolds, Acting Commander of HMS Arrogant, to be Acting Commander of HMS Hesper.
