Folios 192-193: Robert Russell, HMS Cygnet, Woolwich. Notes that Lieutenant Burnell was on duty when the list of Commissioned and Warrant Officers was filled up. Reports that the date of his Commission was 27 December 1811 [sic]. Note in margin [presumably Admiralty note]: this is a good way of correcting an ommission or inaccuracy.
