Folios 154-155: Peter Rye, HMS Providence, The Humber. Reports that HMS Kite arrived yesterday evening from Wingo Sound, with dispatches from Sir James Saumarez, which have been forwarded by today's post to The Admiralty. He encloses a list [not present] of 4 more vessels which have received convoy instructions from Captain Mott of HMS Prince William. The Baltic convoy is still delayed by easterly winds.
