Description

Folios 152-153: Joshua Ricketts Rowley, Tendering Hall, Colchester. He understands that David Brown has been removed as Purser of HMS Pelorus to Domenica, currently at Portsmouth. Requests his reinstatement. Mr Brown has served nearly 4 years in The Navy, most of which time has been in the West Indies, and he is a very promising young man.
