Folios 377-378: Wilson Rathborne, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Thomas Smith now on the Lyra at Nore was impressed by Lieutenant Flinn on August 16 1810 as he had no protection. He was employed on the Greenland ship Everetta and the Surgeon says he is fit.
Folios 379-380: enclosure with folios 377-378. Letter dated 1 September 1810 by Jonas Cockerill, North Shields. He asks if he can supply a substitute for Thomas Smith who has a bad leg and cannot go aloft.
