Folios 350-351: Wilson Rathborne, Regulating Officer, HMS North Shields. He is sending the statement from Lieutenant Lancaster about the Lyra tender. [Not present]. This tender would be suitable for taking impressed men from both North Shields and Hull. It would save £3000 and it has a sick berth. If men are sent to the sick bay on shore they will desert.
