Folios 332-333: Wilson Rathborne, Regulating Officer, North Shields. Thomas Mayell was impressed on June 29 1810 by Lieutenant Dathan, South Shields from the Duke of London, Master Hubbeck. He had no protection and was found fit and is now aboard HMS Berwick.
Folio 334: enclosure with folios 332-333. Printed request for discharge for Thomas Mayell because he has a pension from Greenwich Hospital.
