Folios 307-308: Wilson Rathborne, Regulating Officer, North Shields. William Clarke was impressed from the George and Harriet of Dover Master John Staden and had no protection. Matthew Armstrong was impressed by Lieutenant Flinn at a public house in North Shields on 28 July 1810. He said he belonged to the George of London Master Steward Oman and he had a protection. George Jackson was also impressed at a pub by Lieutenant Flinn on 5 July 1810. He was very insolent and had to be handcuffed.
