Folios 301-302: Wilson Rathborne, Regulating Officer, North Shields. In reply to Captain Charleton's letter, Thomas Forster is a ship's Carpenter but was impressed by Lieutenant Flinn when he said he was not at sea but he was claimed afterwards by John Robson Carpenter.
Folios 303-304: enclosure with folios 301-302. Letter dated 28 July 1810 bv John Robson, Howden Pane, North Shields. Thomas Forster, Shipwright was impressed on 19 July 1810 and is now aboard HMS Sussex at the Nore. He has a wife and three children so he asks if substitutes can be accepted.
