Description

Folios 289-290: Wilson Rathborne, Regulating Officer, North Shields. In answer to your letter to Captain Charleston of 17 July 1810, he has received a substitute for Moses Worman on board HMS Neiman.

Folios 291-292: enclosure with folios 289-290. Letter dated 1 August 1810 by Margaret Worman, South Shields to Captain Charlton. She has sent a landsman as substitute for Moses Worman now aboard HMS Neimen Sir Michael Seymour now at Plymouth so he should be released.
