Folios 277-278: David Ramsey, Regulating Officer, Leith. As Lieutenant Buchan was not employed by the Rendezvous when he incurred the expenses travelling to Stirling, Ramsey did not feel able to pay them. Buchan was a good Officer and he needs replacing and Ramsey recommends Lieutenant Andrew Lapolic of Coltshall, Norfolk.
