Folios 238-239: Philip Rosenhager, HMS Volage, Mediterranean. Asks that John Harding is confirmed as Boatswain as ordered by Rear Admiral Martin.
Folios 240-241: enclosure with folios 238-239. Letter dated 17 March 1810 by George Martin, Rear Admiral Italy to Malta to Captain Rosenhager, HMS Volage. John Harding, Boatswain's Mate on HMS Canopus is appointed to HMS Volage in place of John Dennit, dismissed by Courts Martial.
Folios 242-243: enclosure with folios 238-239. Orders dated 17 March 1810 by Rear Admiral Martin, Italy to Malta, to Lieutenant George Robber of HMS Canopus. Orders appointing him to command HMS Eyderen to replace John Pengelley who has died.
