Folio 213: Richard Raggett, HMS Africain, Spithead. Has seen East India ships with the Anne merchant ship bound for the Cape of Good Hope, Charles Hammond, Purser of HMS Africain, died on March 27 1810 since when his nephew Charles D. Unwin has done the duty well so he recommends him.
