Folios 209-210: Charles Richardson, HMS Caesar, Tagus. In answer to the letter of March 24 1810, about a man mustered on HMS Centaur under his command in March 1805 who had already died in hospital, he points out that he cannot consult his records until he arrives home. He has no recollection of sending any man to hospital.
