Folios 206-207: Thomas Roberts, Sea Fencibles, Waterford. He has had Mr Gostlings letter about the French sloop St Anne de Lisbon. The Fishermen who brought her into [Rhinesharch] harbour are too poor to lay a claim for compensation so he asks for compensation for them. Letters of the 28 Novemebr 1809 directed him to lay the matter before the Dublin Commissioners.
