Folios 260-261: Clement Sneyd, HMS Muros at Chatham. Requests that as Joseph B Ostler, Purser of HMS Hound, has not yet take up his appointment on HMS Muros and he has heard, on good authority, does not intend to, that he may appoint someone else. Also that John Lefton, Acting Boatswain of HMS Acosta has also not joined and about whom he cannot obtain any information.
