Description

Folios 170-171: William Selby, HMS Owen Glendower, St Helens.

Had been ordered to provide one Mate and two Midshipmen to Captain Campbell on HMS Stately thus leaving HMS Owen Glendower seriously short of experrienced officers. Asks at least to be provided with a number of Able Seamen from HMS Stately.
