Folios 87-88: George James Shirley, Poole. Reports that he has discharged himself, officers and men, from the Sea Fencibles. A further order instructed him to take command of the Impress Service but part of the instructions, those relating to the pay of the Captain and Clerk, were struck out. Asks for further orders.
Folio 89: enclosure with folios 87-88. Andrew Smith, Captain, signs an account of two months postage for HMS Berwick from the signal stations at [?] Beale Hill, Dunstanbury, Newzley and Newbiggin.
