Folios 178-179: Richard & Abraham Toulmin (Navy Agents), Essex Street, Strand. Ask that Captain William Shields be allowed to dispense with passing his accounts so that he can be paid for his time in temporary command of HMS Windsor Castle in October and November 1794. Captain John Gore, who succeeded him, has certified that the expense books and Muster books were in good order.
