Writes on behalf of Captain Matthew Henry Scott of HMS Hebe to ask the Admiralty to notify the Treasury that they have directed him to give passage to the West Indies to Lieutenant Governor Alexander Houstoun and his servants, so that Captain Scott can draw the usual allowance for entertaining him on the voyage.
