Folios 111-112: Matthew Henry Scott, HMS Hebe, Spithead. Encloses [see folio 109] a letter from Lieutenants Valens Comyn and John Molyneux asking to exchange ships. Both are friends of his, but Lieutenant Molyneux thinks his interest is at home, while Lieutenant Scott would happily go with the Hebe to the West Indies.
