Folios 105-106: John Scoffin, 16 Essex Street, Strand. Reports that in June while in command of HMS Viper he fell, dislocated his shoulder and was invalided from the ship by Vice Admiral Robert Brice Kingsmill. He has now fully recovered, seeks fresh employment.
