Folios 87-88: George Sayer, Rochester. Reports that he attended the General Sessions at Maidstone to raise men for the Navy and has provisionally established a rendezvous at Rochester. As there is no officer of the Impress Service present, thinks this location is the best for sending men to the Nore.
