Folios 73-74: Herbert Sawyer, HMS Nassau, the Nore. Reports that Yeoman of the Sheets James Robertson was sent to Deal Hospital after a fall, subsequently invalided and given leave to attend the Chest at Chatham to draw a pension, but was marked as Run on the hospital books when he did not return. He had returned to the ship to await passage to Chatham, but the Nassau then sailed on a cruise in the North Sea. Asks that the"R" against his name on the hospital books be removed.
