Folios 197-198: Alex Scott, [Regulating Officer?], Wick. Sends his weekly account and adds that he has received a letter informing him that the Henry Dundas excise cutter is at Fort George and will sail on or about the 20th for this place to take on board such men as may be ready. Lieutenant Burn at Thurso has five men of the ship owners quota which will likewise be sent with the said cutter for Leith. Intends to be at a meeting in Sutherland on the 30th about the procuring of men.
