Folios 287-288: [Matthew] Squire, HMS Magnificent, Blackstakes. Reports that it is often difficult to get a boat on shore at Sheerness from his current mooring. He is carrying out duty at Sheerness by order of Vice Admiral Buckner, the Senior Captain. Asks to be allowed to move to one of the moorings nearer to Sheerness.
