Folios 225-226: Thomas Sparke, at Mr Ommanney's office, 71 Great Russell Street, Bloomsbury, [London]. He has been informed that a letter was sent last week by order of Lord Spencer, nominating him as the examining Captain for the County of Northampton, to raise a number of Landsmen for the Navy. He has not received any letter but will attend personally to receive any instructions.
