Folios 223-224: Thomas Sparke, Admiralty Office. He understands from Mr Ommanney that an Admiralty messenger has been in pursuit of him with a packet, which he understands to be from The Admiralty Office. Not knowing that Captain Sparke was in town today, Mr Ommanney has sent it to his lodgings in Islington; he has therefore missed it. Is writing this message to say that he is waiting at the Office in case there are any orders for him.
