Folios 206-207: John Clarke Searle, HMS Spanker, Woolwich. Asks whether he will be in command of the brig which has been hired by Sir Sydney Smith to take the ordnance stores which cannot be accommodated in HMS Spanker. On Monday he intends to go down to Long Reach, weather permitting. He has discharged Lieutenant Russell as directed.
