Description

Folios 499-500: Charles Rowley, HMS Eagle, Cawsand Bay. Mr Sterling, Boatswain, was surveyed at the hospital a few days ago as a hospital case. The Physicians think there is little chance of him being fit for actual service and no chance of him joining HMS Eagle. Asks for another Boatswain to be appointed.
