Folio 465-466: Charles Rowley, HMS Eagle, Chatham. Receommends warrants for Andrew Wright as Gunner of a sloop of war and Alexander Petrio as Boatswain of a sloop of war. Andrew Wright's passing certificate for a Gunner has been sent from Sheerness ot the Office on 6 [November 1809]. He has known him for 5 years and endorses him. John Petrio Baotswain's Mate, is recommended for his good conduct, long service and his suffering when shipwrecked in HMS Nautilus when passing through the Achipelego in 1799.
