Folios 410-411: John Tremayne Rodd, HMS Indefatigable, Gijon Roads. You have previously been told by Captain Irby, via HMS Statira, of the capture of St Andero by the Spanish patriots. Their fortunes were reversed the same night when they were surprised by the French who repossessed it and the Spanish fled in all directions by land and water. He has sent HMS Favorite to England with the account.
