Folios 93-94: Thomas Richbell, Regulating Officer, General Rendezvous Office, Tower Hill. Sends a return of the number of men and boys handed over to him from the Civil Power between 10 October 1808 and 10 [October 1809]. 100 Seamen impressed by Officers of the Civil Power holding warrants - 100. Number turned over by Magistrates - 52 Seamen, 181 Landsmen, 175 boys.
