Folios 87-88: Thomas Richbell, Regulating Office, General Rendezvous Office, Tower Hill. As HMS Tower tender was suddenly called upon for the recent expedition there was no time for her to be caulked or painted. Asks for the Navy Board to be directed to have her repaired at Deptford yard where she is now lying. Asks this to be done as soon as possible as due to the bad condition of HMS Deptford tender her services will be much in demand.
