Folios 215-216: Fasham Roby, Gillingham, Kent. Offers his services, noting the sloop El Vincego is being fitted at Chatham. Reminds of his 16 years service, under Commodore Hood, and Sir James Saumarez in the actions of 6 and 13 July 1801. He was unfortunate in commanding HMS Eugenie for so short a time due to her defects.
