Description

Folios 488-489: John Jackson, 36 Broad Street Buildings, London. Enclosing a commission from Lord Keith appointing Lieutenant James Russell HMS Flora to be acting commander of HMS Transfer.

Folios 490-492: enclosure with folios 488-489: Order dated 10 December 1800 from Lord Keith to Lieutenant James Russell, HMS Flora. This is an exact copy of the order detailed in folios 486 - 487, enclosed in folios 484-485.
