Folios 600-601: Thomas Macnamara Russell, at sea. He has not written to Nepean in 21 years but he hears from Sir J. Hayes often. He asks to be remembered to Mrs Nepean and the children. He asks a favour that Admiral Gambier will order him to to have HMS Vengeance laid up at Portsmouth so he is near to his home at Poole.
