Folios 271-272: Thomas Roberts, HMS Serpent in the Downes. Reporting his arrival with the convoy. Andrew Shannon and John Pinkerton, masters of the Jane and Kate and Draper were abusive towards him and are liable to a penalty of £200 each which he recommends. Similarly Thomas Evans master of the Towen.
