Folios 174-175: Tristram Roberts Ricketts, HMS Ville de Paris, Torbay. The letter of 2 March 1801 from Captain Grey which mentions the appointment of Lieutenant Charles Coote from HMS Atlas to the Vile de Paris instead of Lieutenant Samuel Colquit who never came, As Lieutenant James Katon has been appointed to HMS Cumberland, there is no vacancy on the books unless he is discharged first and Charles Coote is appointed to his room.
