Folios 170-171: Tristram Roberts Ricketts, HMS Megaera, Torbay. Having arrived in Torbay without the fleet, he encloses a letter to VA Henry Harvey informing him of the capture of La Cecile, French merchant brig.
Folios 172-173: enclosure with folios 170-171. Letter dated 16 February 1801 from Tristram Roberts Rickets to VA Henry Harvey. Reporting the capture on 12 February 1801 of La Cecile, French brig from Quimper bound for Bayonne laden with sardines and hides.
