Folios 168-169: Tristram Roberts Ricketts, HMS Megaera, Torbay. Following orders from VA Thornborough, he proceeded with dispatches to Quiberon and was directed to return to join the channel fleet. He cruised between [?] and the Lizard without meeting the fleet he put into Torbay because of the weather. He will deliver the despatches to the commander in chief via the senior officer in the bay.
