Folios 172-173: Wilson Rathborne, HMS Good Design, White Booth Broads. He has received orders to remain and to put himself under Captain Inman on HMS Andromeda. The ship has not been refitted since he applied in January and he needs ordnance stores. He will apply for powder from Captain Wolley on HMS Nonsuch but he will have to buy flannel as he has no time to get it from the Ordnance Board.
