Folios 162-163: Henry Raper, HMS Amiable, at sea. He left Cork with 58 vessels instead of 68, four had permission to leave the rest was by their neglect. He is sending his logs by HMS Glenmore who came with him from Cork. Captain Duffy will inform you of the transaction on the 17th.
