Folios 86-87: David Ramsay, Regulating Officer, Greenock. Lieutenant Greig had 22 raised men on the Princess Elizabeth Excise brig when he was forced into Belfast by winds and met HMS Spitfire. Captain Seymour ordered him to hand over the men so he could take them to PLymouth quickly so the Princess elzabeth has returned.
