Folios 80-81: David Ramsay, Regulating Officer, Greenock. The pressed men on the Polly receiving ship mutinied while Lieutenant Smith was in church. They threw the Midshipmen and some of the watch into the Prize room and 20 men escaped. He has sent men, names and description to Leith, Glasgow and Liverpool.
