Folios 54-55: David Ramsay, Regulating Officer, Greenock.Count Wedel Jarlsberg, Danish Minister, applied for the discharge of Andres Gunner said to be Danish. No such person has been impressed. The only foreigner impressed is David Simpson Carpenter from Namburger and sent to Plymouth on the Polly tender with Lieutenant Ward on February 24 1799.
